AI data extraction
Upload a photo or PDF of an invoice, policy or report. AI data extraction fills in the dates and details, and nothing is saved until you’ve reviewed it. You can always type or correct a field yourself.
Every file sits with the record it belongs to, and every date can have a reminder.
Invoices, policies and reports live inside their record, so there’s no separate folder to keep tidy. Search by product, policy or person to find them again. Files are encrypted at rest and in transit.
Choose 30, 60 or 90 days before any date. On Starter, reminders arrive by email. SMS comes with paid Pro, coming soon; Pro months earned by referral don’t include it.
