Keep every household policy with its schedule, premium and renewal date. TrackEase emails you 30, 60 or 90 days before each one renews, so you can check the new premium and ask around first.
A family health policy, two months before renewal.
Two months before your family floater renews, the reminder email arrives. There’s time to see what the insurer quotes and to ask another insurer or two.
Open the record and everything those calls need is on one screen: the policy number, last year’s premium, the four people it covers, and the schedule and receipt behind them.

Insurance questions.
Can TrackEase renew my policy or pay the premium?
No. TrackEase keeps the policy, its documents and its dates, and emails you before the renewal. Renewing, paying the premium and making a claim all happen with the insurer, through their website, app, branch or your agent.
How far ahead will I hear about a renewal?
By email. For each record you choose how far ahead to hear about it: 30, 60 or 90 days before the date. SMS reminders come with paid Pro, coming soon. For a renewal, 60 or 90 days leaves time to ask for quotes before the current policy ends.
Do I have to type the policy in myself?
No. Upload the policy schedule as a PDF or photo and AI data extraction fills in the details it finds for you to check. You can type or edit any field yourself. Starter includes 50 AI data extractions a month.
Can my family see our policies?
Starter includes 5 family members, you and 4 more. You choose which records each person can see. That helps when someone else handles a renewal or needs the policy number.
Will TrackEase tell me which policy to buy?
No. TrackEase doesn’t sell insurance or give advice on cover. It keeps your current premium, policy number and documents together, which makes it easier to compare the quotes you get.
