Credit card tracker

Know each card’s bill, fee and waiver date.

Save every credit card with a nickname and its dates: the payment due date, the annual fee and the spend that waives it. TrackEase emails you before each one, so nothing lands on a statement by surprise.

  • Last four digits only

What a card record holds.

The dates and details you’d otherwise dig out of a statement, and nothing more.

Saved with each card

  • A nickname, such as “Travel card”
  • The last four digits
  • Issuing bank
  • Credit limit
  • Payment due date
  • Annual fee date and amount
  • Spend that waives the fee
  • When to be reminded about each date

Left with you and your bank

  • TrackEase stores a nickname and the last four digits only. You pay your bill with your bank.
  • It never asks for a full card number, CVV, PIN or bank login.
  • It doesn’t connect to your bank or read transactions. Spend milestones are what you enter.
  • It doesn’t check, monitor or improve your credit score.

Set up a card in four steps.

Keep your latest statement nearby for the due date and fee details.

  1. Add the card

Give it a nickname you’ll recognise and enter the last four digits. Add the issuing bank and credit limit if you like.

  2. Confirm the dates

Enter the payment due date, the annual fee date and amount, and any spend that waives the fee. Check them before you save.

  3. Choose your reminders

An email before each payment is due, and 30, 60 or 90 days before the annual fee. SMS reminders come with paid Pro, coming soon.

  4. Check in when it lands

Open the card from the reminder to see the date, the fee and the waiver milestone side by side, then decide what to do.

A fee you can see coming.

Your travel card waives its ₹2,500 annual fee if you spend ₹1,50,000 on it in the card year. Fall short, and the fee turns up on a statement.

With the fee date and the milestone saved, the reminder lands 30 days early. That’s time to check your spend, use the card a little more or call the bank about the fee.

  • The payment due date every month
  • Annual fee date and amount, with its own reminder
  • A waiver milestone to check against your statement

Card questions.

What do I need to add a card?

A nickname you’ll recognise and the last four digits. Then add the payment due date and the annual fee date and amount. You can also note the issuing bank, credit limit and any spend that waives the fee.

Does TrackEase know how much I’ve spent?

No. It doesn’t connect to your bank or read your transactions. You enter the fee-waiver milestone yourself, and the reminder gives you time to check your spend on your statement or in your bank’s app.

Can I track more than one card?

Yes. Add each card with its own nickname, dates and reminders. Starter includes 100 active reminders across all your records.

Can my partner see our card dates too?

Starter includes 5 family members, you and 4 more. You choose which records each person can see.

Add the card whose fee date you never remember.

Start with one card and its annual fee. Free forever plan, no card needed to sign up.
