From a paper report to a shared file.

Begin with the most recent report. Older ones can wait for a quiet evening.

  1. Add a report

Upload a photo or PDF and file it under the family member it belongs to.

  2. Confirm the details

AI extraction fills in the date and details for you to check. You can always type or correct them yourself.

  3. Share and set a reminder

Choose who in the family can see the file. Add the next appointment and get an email 30, 60 or 90 days before it.

  4. Open it at the appointment

Go to the person’s file and show the doctor the last report, with the earlier ones beside it.

Helping Mom from another city.

Your mother lives in Nagpur, and your brother Rohan takes her to her check-ups. You live in Bengaluru and keep the paperwork in order.

Each report and prescription goes into Mom’s file with its date, whoever adds it. When the follow-up comes round, Rohan opens the file at the clinic and the last report is right there.

  • Reports, prescriptions and bills filed by date
  • Shared with Rohan, and no one you haven’t chosen
  • An email 30 days before the follow-up
