One TV, two warranties, one record.

Eighteen months after you bought it, the picture starts to flicker. The manufacturer’s year is up. Is the extended warranty still running?

Search for the TV and open its record. The invoice, serial number, extended-warranty certificate and service centre’s number are together, and the timeline shows you’re still covered.

  • Several warranties on one product, each with its own end date
  • Invoice, warranty card, manual and photos kept with the record
  • Found again by searching for the product

Warranty questions.

Can I add a warranty without the receipt?

Yes. Save the product and its warranty dates with whatever you have, such as the warranty card or an order email, and add the receipt if it turns up. Brands usually ask for proof of purchase when you claim, so it’s worth keeping.

Can one product have more than one warranty?

Yes. Add the manufacturer warranty and any extended or store warranty with their own end dates, so each one gets its own reminder.

Can I add a warranty that has already ended?

Yes. Ended warranties stay in your records with their documents, which helps when you plan a replacement or sell the product.

How will TrackEase remind me?

By email. For each record you choose how far ahead to hear about it: 30, 60 or 90 days before the date. SMS reminders come with paid Pro, coming soon.
